If you have a client who wants to buy real estate in the United Arab Emirates, then you can refer the client to Terra Capital and receive a commission on each transaction.

For example, if a client wants to buy an apartment in Dubai for $400,000, where developer will pay to agency 4% commission (the commission % depends on the developer and project), your commission will be 30% which is $4,800 which we will pay straight after the deal.

5.We pay your commission straight after the client has paid to the developer.

1.We sign partnership agreement with you.

2.You convey the client and his requirements for the purchase of real estate.

3.Our sales manager selects the necessary objects for the client.

4.The client signs the contract and proceed the payment.
